One of the advantages of a case study is that readers tend to be less skeptical about information that’s presented as fact rather than as advertising. Ideally, a case study tells a story: it defines a problem, proposes a solution and presents the outcomes of that solution. As this example illustrates, however, the sales message can still come through strongly.
